Shirley began her career in the custom bag industry, gaining valuable hands-on experience from entry-level positions.

Work experience ( at Wah Lee Industrial Co.)

● In 1985, Shirley joined a Hong Kong company's factory in China, working in packaging, heat sealing, printing, and sewing.

● By the end of that year, Shirley was promoted to Production Supervisor of the heat sealing department.

● In 1991, Shirley took on financial management for the factory.

● By 1994, as General Manager, Shirley managed production across five key departments: bags, printing, piping, cartons, and strips.

Establishing King Fly

● In 1997, Shirley founded King Fly, bought production equipment, and started making and processing bags for trade companies in Hong Kong.

● In 1998, the company expanded its printing department, further advancing the business.

● Since 2002, King Fly has successfully entered the export market, offering customized bags and promotional items to global clients.
