1. What is GWP (Gift with Purchase)?
GWP (Gift with Purchase) is a marketing strategy where beauty and lifestyle brands offer a free or discounted promotional item — typically a custom cosmetic bag, pouch, or tote — with the purchase of a main product.
King Fly specializes in turnkey GWP solutions, sourcing and assembling accessories such as mirrors, combs, gua sha tools, and travel bottles into retail-ready kits delivered directly to your warehouse.
2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces. As an "Indie Brand Supporter," we also accept trial orders starting from 300 pieces for specific materials.
For small batches, a one-time setup fee of $50–200 applies to ensure our 29-year master-level craftsmanship. We recommend 500 pieces for full production lines, but we flexibly accommodate smaller orders to support new brand launches and market testing.
3. How does multi-origin manufacturing reduce costs?
We operate a "China + Vietnam + Thailand" multi-origin production model. Our Shenzhen headquarters handles R&D, material sourcing, quick sampling (3–7 days), and complex craftsmanship such as 3D embroidery and high-frequency pressing.
Our Vietnam and Thailand facilities handle large-scale standardized manufacturing. This dual-engine strategy helps US clients legally avoid Section 301 penalty tariffs, saving approximately 25% on total costs, while mitigating single-origin supply chain risks.
4. What eco-friendly materials do you offer?
We are "Material Control Experts." Our standard materials include transparent PVC, EVA, TPU, PU, embossed leather, and Oxford fabric. We also specialize in high-growth-trend eco-materials: Cork, washable paper, GRS-certified rPET (recycled PET), plus premium Bespoke Leather and Velvet for luxury cases.
Located near the world's largest material market, we can source any custom fabric within 24 hours. All our eco-materials meet global sustainability standards, including EU PPWR packaging regulations.
5. How long does sampling take?
For products with existing molds, we offer free samples (you only pay shipping). For custom designs without molds, a small sample fee applies — starting at $50 — which is fully refundable when your order reaches MOQ.
Our standard sampling time is 3–7 days. If we have the material and mold ready in stock, we can complete your sample within 3 business days. We ship samples via DHL, FedEx, or UPS (3–7 days delivery).
6. What certifications do you have?
We hold 5 international certifications: Sedex, BSCI, ISO 9001, GRS rPET, and FSC. We are a Sedex-audited facility that strictly prohibits child labor and ensures a safe, respectful working environment.
For fabric and accessories, we provide SGS test reports on request, including AZO-free dyes, lead-free hardware, and REACH compliance. We ONLY start mass production after materials pass testing.
7. Do you provide turnkey assembly services?
Yes. King Fly offers a true "Turnkey Solution" for promotional projects. We utilize our extensive supply chain network to source and assemble accessories — including mirrors, combs, gua sha tools, and travel bottles — into your bags, delivering a retail-ready kit directly to your warehouse.
This goes beyond manufacturing: we engineer complete packaging and GWP solutions for global beauty, personal care, and corporate gifting sectors.
8. What is your production capacity?
Our monthly capacity is 200,000+ units, scalable via our managed multi-country partner network.
We don't keep stock items — all our bags are made to order based on your specifications (material, size, color, logo, etc.), ensuring fresh production and full customization for your brand.
9. Which markets do you serve?
We serve global beauty brands, promotional product agencies, and independent brands worldwide. Our key markets include North America (USA), Europe (France, Italy, UK), and the Middle East.
We offer professional DDP (Door-to-Door, Duty Paid) shipping solutions, backed by 6 years of verified export data. We handle all customs and taxes for you.
10. How do you ensure quality control?
Our internal QC standards are aligned with strict Japanese and European market requirements. We conduct 100% quality inspection on all products. Our standard packing is 1 piece per polybag, then into a 5-layer export carton.
For retail clients, we can add hangtags, barcodes, or custom stickers. Quality safety is built into every quote — we never compromise on standards.
11. What is your production lead time?
Our standard production lead time is 25–35 days after order confirmation. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 10–20 days with an additional rush fee.

12. Can you print my logo?
Yes, absolutely. We offer custom logo printing via silk screen, heat transfer, embossing, or woven labels — depending on your material and design.
Simply share your artwork in AI or PDF format, and we'll advise the best method for your bag.
13. Do you support full customization?
Yes, we offer full customization including:

We work with indie brands, GWP agencies, and global distributors who serve top-tier beauty brands.
14. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) and PayPal.
For first-time buyers, we recommend starting with a small trial order via PayPal, which offers built-in buyer protection. Once trust is established, most of our long-term clients use T/T for larger orders.
15. Can you help with my design?
Absolutely. Our AI Design Lab can turn your ideas into a professional mockup within hours, backed by our founder Shirley Lee's 41 years of structural expertise.
We also move at "Shenzhen Speed" — our dedicated mold partners can complete new molds within 24–48 hours, meaning your bespoke prototype can be finished significantly faster than other suppliers.
16. Do you make cases for expensive perfumes?
Yes. We are specialists in Hard-Shell Oud Cases with gold-corner protection, specifically designed for the Middle East luxury market.
We also craft premium cases in Velvet, Satin, and custom hardware for high-end fragrance and cosmetic brands.
17. How do you handle packaging?
Our standard packing is 1 piece per polybag, then into a 5-layer export carton. For retail clients, we can add hangtags, barcodes, or custom stickers.
We don't use gift boxes by default, but we're happy to discuss your specific packaging needs.
